1 pack of peas
1 onion (large) or 2 small onions
2 cloves of garlic sliced
1 large carrot or 2 small
2 tomatoes or 3

1 tsp savoury or oregano

black pepper to taste if you like

2-3 tbsp olive oil
1 1/2 cup water or vegetable broth

2-3 tbsp olive oil
1 1/2 cup water or vegetable broth
Preparation:
Put the pot on the stove to heat, then add the olive oil and the garlic, onion and carrots; fry lightly. Add salt. If desired, flour can be added to make the stew denser, stir constantly. The peas and red pepper are then added, stirred, and add warm water. After the peas have boiled for 2-5 minutes, add the grated tomatoes. Allow until the peas are cooked completely. Shortly before removing the dish from the hot plate, the spices are added.
