Dill - 1 link , fresh (if possible)
Olive oil - 6 tbsp + for spreading

Method of preparation
The easiest and most delicious zucchini with fresh potatoes and dill on wheels!
Peel the potatoes and zucchini, cut them into half-inch-thick washers, and pour them into a circular pan with a little olive oil.
Mix them with finely chopped dill, salt and olive oil. Arrange them side by side with light overlapping circles in the center. Pour a little water (from the sides, not to wash the spices) as much as to fill the bottom with just over half a centimeter ( pour more latter if necessary).
Bake at 250 degrees for about 45 - 50 minutes until the potatoes are ready and bake a little and catch a golden crust.
